No. Participation in surveys is voluntary. You decide for yourself with every invitation whether you want to take part or not.
Click on ‘Register’ on our homepage and enter your email address and some basic details (e.g. name, place of residence, gender and age). You will then receive a confirmation email. Click on the link to complete your registration.
No. Your membership is indefinite. However, we reserve the right to remove inactive profiles if there is no response to survey invitations over an extended period of time.
Log in using your email address and password. In your account, you can manage your details, view your credit balance, redeem rewards or cancel your membership.
Your profile information helps us invite you to surveys that match your interests and profile. All information is analysed anonymously, and no personal data is disclosed to clients. mojaopinia operates in accordance with the data protection guidelines of BVM, ADM and ESOMAR.}

If a survey matches your profile (e.g. age, gender), you will receive an invitation by email or via a push notification in the mojaopinia app.
Yes. In your user account, you will find a link to currently available surveys on the homepage under ‘surveys‘.
The surveys are created and pre-checked by market research companies or directly by clients.
That depends on your profile and current demand. There are often several invitations per week, but we cannot guarantee a fixed number.
The duration varies depending on the survey. Most surveys can be completed in a few minutes.
Some surveys fill up quickly, while others remain open for several days. It is therefore worth responding quickly.
If a survey has already closed or you do not meet certain criteria, we may redirect you to another suitable study. In this case, similar initial questions may be asked again.
There are currently no surveys available for your profile. As a small gesture of appreciation, we will add 5 consolation credits to your account.
The required number of participants has already been reached and the survey has been closed. You will receive 5 consolation credits.
If answers are contradictory, extremely quick or do not make sense in terms of content, you may be excluded. This is to ensure the quality of the studies. Please make sure you answer the surveys carefully.
Credits are only awarded for surveys that are completed in full and in accordance with the rules. Incomplete surveys and surveys with poor response quality (e.g. contradictory answers, rapidly clicking through surveys or nonsensical answers to open-ended questions) will not be credited.

There may currently be no surveys that match your profile, or your profile may be incomplete. Please keep your details up to date and also check your spam folder.

For every completed survey, you will receive credits added to your account. The amount of compensation depends on the duration and type of survey.
Yes. You can invite new members to mojaopinia via your personal invitation link. As soon as a referred tester completes the registration questionnaire and successfully participates in at least one survey, you will receive 300 extra credits.
You can find your personal invitation link in your user account under ‘Refer members’. There, you can easily copy the link and share it with friends.
Once you have reached the minimum credit threshold, you can redeem your credits for rewards in your account.
You can redeem your credits for cash, gift cards or donations. You can view the available rewards in the rewards shop.
Payouts and rewards are processed regularly. PayPal payouts are usually made on the Friday following the request, with other rewards following shortly afterwards. If there are any delays, please contact our support team.
Credits are valid for two years from the date of crediting. After this period, any unredeemed credits will expire.
No, a payout is only possible once the minimum credit threshold has been reached.
Alternatively, you can choose a different reward from the rewards shop or create a free PayPal account using the same email address you used to sign up to mojaopinia.
